01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between gtv99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses any service, game, feature, or content made available through the gtv99 website located at https://gtv99.com and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using the gtv99 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you complete the registration process or, where registration is not required, from the moment you first access the platform.

gtv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://gtv99.com/terms-conditions and will be marked with its effective date. Your continued use of the gtv99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Scope of Services

gtv99 provides an online entertainment platform offering, among other things: casino games (slots, live casino tables, virtual games, specialty games), sports betting (with particular depth in cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), and related account, payment, and customer support services.

Access to gtv99 services is conditional on your compliance with these Terms at all times. gtv99 may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature without notice and without liability to any User.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of gtv99 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out in this section and in the Age Restriction section below.

Eligibility Requirements

You may only register and maintain a gtv99 account if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of gtv99 or any of its affiliated companies or software partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had a gtv99 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registering for the purpose of collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other fraudulent or unlawful activity.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the gtv99 platform. Duplicate accounts — defined as two or more accounts registered to the same person, identified by matching name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, payment method, or device fingerprint — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gtv99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate activity, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. gtv99 may request documentary verification of any detail provided at registration — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used — as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

gtv99 supports a range of payment methods suited to players based in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The currency of account is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gtv99 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• gtv99 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• gtv99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal where funds were deposited via that method.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to identity verification status.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document review.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds, unless an exception is approved by the gtv99 finance team.
• gtv99 may impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for security and anti-fraud purposes.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonus Policy section before they can be withdrawn.

04 Bonus Policy

gtv99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, in addition to any specific terms that accompany each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New gtv99 accounts are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to new registered users who have successfully completed account registration and make their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on the individual promotion page for each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on gtv99:

• Only real-money bets placed after a bonus is credited count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed before crediting do not count.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met.
• gtv99 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.

Seasonal & Promotional Offers

gtv99 runs promotional campaigns timed around major events in the Bangladesh calendar — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are offered at gtv99's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page.

05 User Obligations

As a registered user of gtv99, you undertake to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations are binding on every user of the gtv99 platform, regardless of account status, activity level, or geographic location.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gtv99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Operating more than one registered gtv99 account.
• Using any software, tool, bot, script, or algorithm designed to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the gtv99 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the gtv99 software, game content, or platform architecture.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider for deposits that have been wagered or withdrawn on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gtv99 support staff or other users in any communication channel.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gtv99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gtv99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gtv99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

06 Age Restriction

gtv99 is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to and use of the gtv99 platform, including account registration, deposit of funds, placement of bets, and participation in any game or promotion, is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

gtv99 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. As part of its KYC process, gtv99 requires all users to verify their identity and age before withdrawal privileges are granted. Where there is any reasonable suspicion that a user is under the age of 18, gtv99 will suspend the account and request immediate age verification documentation. Any account confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where recoverable, and all winnings will be voided.

Parental Controls

If you share a device or network with a minor, we strongly recommend installing parental control software to prevent unauthorised access to gambling websites. gtv99 supports responsible gaming and encourages all users to take appropriate steps to ensure that the platform is not accessible to anyone under the age of 18 in their household.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the gtv99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, text, software code, databases, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of gtv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gtv99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any part of the gtv99 platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any gtv99 content.
• Use any gtv99 trademark, logo, or brand name without the prior written consent of gtv99.
• Frame or mirror any part of the gtv99 website on any other website or platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract any data from the gtv99 platform by automated means.

Game content available on gtv99 is owned and licensed by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. All rights in game content remain with the respective providers and their licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in game content beyond the limited right to play as a registered gtv99 user.

08 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your gtv99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, gtv99 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation into suspected fraudulent activity is pending.

Closure by gtv99

gtv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral schemes.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits that were wagered.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy outlined in our FAQ.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Self-Exclusion
